      Good people and environment.

      Pros

      Offers flexible hours, relaxed office, training, progression. Modern office, free hot drinks and fresh fruit. Friendly management with lots of activities to get involved in. Free parking.

      Cons

      The pay isn't the best and any pay rises get shut down or they offer you a tiny increase. Promotions take ages to materialise if they even happen.

      Senior leadership are smug, self-congratulatory and so remote from the day-to-day business that they don't know how very inefficient large parts of the company actually are Know the price of everything and the value of nothing Some very dim-witted people, often in worryingly senior roles Desperately poor communication between various teams - often lose business as a result

      Pros

      Great place to start your recruitment career. Lots of training will give you a solid foundation of knowledge on sourcing and recruitment and you are constantly encouraged to attend new training sessions. Great international teams, possibility to get involved in interesting side projects. Positive atmosphere. Premium clients.

      Cons

      Unclear career development path - lots of effort required to get to the next level (title wise) but your responsibilities and salary hardly change..
