Pros

Kind of hard to think of much considering my experience. I did have one good manager there, but when handing in my resignation I got yelled at for being ungrateful. Seriously? I thought I was doing a good job and that's why I was paid, so why would I be grateful for getting my paycheck?

Cons

No one seems to care about cases of harassment - since I left two other people left for that same reason, the management didn't care as the team leader guilty of that behaviour apparently "gets results". Well sure, threatening people etc. will usually motivate, right?

Pros

As others have already stated, the pro's of working for AMS are primarily the ability to work for blue chip clients, and move accounts working flexibly. Female leader also a pro in my opinion - refreshing

Cons

Having worked for this company twice, on three accounts a few themes have struck me. 1. They promote people who are good recruiters into management positions but don't upskill them in people management skills. 2. The work can be very transactional - you don't feel like you can really add any value to the company you're delivering a service to 3. The pay is unbalanced, unequal (varies wildly according to which account you're on) and unfair. Both times I worked there no bonuses were paid out unless you received an "outstanding" rating in your appraisals. Both times there "wasn't enough money in the pot"
