Pros

good training portfolio, flexibility of working hours including remote work. Company growth may result in wider range of career opportunities.

Cons

Talent retention is poor. The company should improve in showing more consideration and appreciation to skilled and knowledgeable staff. Current strategy is very short sighted and already resulted in losing majority of talents, from Specialist up to Leadership levels. Improve your culture of feedback - it is often given to everyone except the one concerned. As a result, people who may wish to improve or progress with their careers are unable to do so for reasons they are not even aware of. Decisions are made by senior management which is all fairly new and leading an entirely different politics to what people were used to, in a very detached and superficial manner.
