      Pros

      Diverse people Great clients Improving benefits. The management is working hard to provide the employees with good benefits. Sometimes resources are allowed to work from home

      Cons

      In order for the diverse people to work well together, there should be culture training to learn the different culture and working styles of the different employees in the GCSCs. In Manila we do have quite a lot of bank holidays and we are required to work during those days which is fine but the company should consider the important holidays especially if it is family and faith related. Hopefully they will let the employees take the holidays during Holy Week, Christmas and New Year's eve which are also the great time for the employees to spend time with their family. AMS culture 3 years ago is a bit different from what it is currently. Internet connectivity can still be improved. Office location is no longer ideal because of the traffic situation.

      Fast paced and dynamic Performance driven environment Innovative. I feel we lead the market in what we offer. Plenty of internal opportunities to try new role and accounts

      Cons

      If you sit on a client site as I did you can feel a bit removed from the wider AMS organisation and very much focussed on the account you are working on. It can be a challenge building internal networks
