Cons

Apply to other RPO companies direct companies for better salary and career opportunities Attrition rate is high sadly that you don't need metrics to support, just observe people come and go that often

Pros

Working for AMS has exposed me to multinational companies/clients. I learned a lot, met great people, and it showed me how it feels like working in a company with flexibility + permanent work from home/remote work is just awesome.

Cons

If there are one-offs, escalations and getting exceptional approvals tend to be slower compared when working with internal stakeholders. But that is a given since AMS is an RPO and the company adapts to the processes of the client and executes them. However, the "client first" mindset (especially from the team lead and CSM) is frustrating, sometimes to the point that I feel like I am not valued despite my contributions. Another thing to note is the benefits. It's not competitive, doesn't keep up with the market rate (especially the annual salary raise), and the bonus is extremely dependent on the company's overall performance (the latter a given because it IS an RPO). Getting shout outs and kudos during the quarterly call is just a 5-minute boost in morale. There is no concrete plans in successions and promotions. Trainings are focused on Ignite, which is something I couldn't really put in my CV, unlike six sigma belt or other certifications like certified internet recruiter.
