      Lots of diverse career opportunities, not just in recruitment Innovatation is really encouraged and you can make a difference Great work/life balance in most areas The AMS team are very hard working and generally have a passion to delight clients

      Cons

      There is too much workload pressure in certain areas of the business Those based on client sites sometimes go native I have never had a constructive career discussion and I dont think managers are generally well equipped or have the desire to do this. Focus is often on delivery rather than career development.

      can't think of any at the moment.

      Cons

      Made mistakes with my contract, didn't tell me my contract ended and I needed to renew it, so I didn't get paid. Then didn't get paid again a few weeks later and my rent bounced. I'm constantly on the phone to them chasing problems up. Very stressful and time consuming and paying for 0845 numbers to sort out their problems - mainly mis-communication between Alexander Mann and Parasol and their clients.

      Got me some RPO experience to move in house

      Thrown in at the deep end means you adapt to an RPO environment very quickly Worked with some excellent on site account managers

      Cons

      Little support or training Bonus wasnt always paid out despite hitting target
