      Pros

      I worked at AMS during the pandemic. They went to great lengths to show they cared about employees. Lots of opportunities for advancement for hard-working team members at the front lines.

      Cons

      UK-Based leadership is a bit formal, and the US market is not as much. Employees took a pay cut during the pandemic. But... once the company started getting contracts again, they paid it back.
