High pay, nice colleagues and seniors, good benefits, health card (2 dependent), requesting leave is very easy (might depends on the account you'll be handling). Appreciative.

Cons

Promotion is slow. Lot of changes when it comes to your job (again, depends on the account you'll be handling)
