Minimal pay with little room for advancement. No holidays off except Thanksgiving and Christmas. They don't give raises for: years worked, punctuality, productivity during normal hours. You will ONLY get raises when the state raises minimum wages, you work all over-time hours when they ask you to and you must go far above and beyond their expectations to grab a whopping $0.50 raise.

very long hours, there are no people of color in the lead or office position, you will be hired and given a set schedule and told that this will be permanent however it will change in the middle of the year no matter what you discuss prior to coming on board as an associate.
