      Pros

      Amain truly cares about their employees and works very hard to make it a great place to work. There are so many perks: a Fun committee that plans events each month, 401k matching, weekly yoga and chiropractor visits, and more.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little higher, but the perks make it negligible.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to advance (I have been promoted twice in 5 years). I started at about $10/hr - 5 years ago - and now I am on salary making close to triple my starting pay.

      Cons

      You will be expected to work hard and be accountable for the work you produce - I think this is a good thing but some would disagree.
