      Pros

      Wonderful work environment that tries hard to create an enclusive workplace for everyone with special events (celebrations, themed dress days, etc) a couple time a month. If you have interest in cycling or RC products than this place is a perfect fit.

      Cons

      As a company overal there are some disconnects. The company started small and has grown tremendously in a short amount of time. The higher up structure is spread pretty thin.
