Business Outlook
Pros
They foster a drama-free and friendly work environment and will NOT put up with harassment of any kind, from anyone. Management is generally friendly and helpful and they do no berate workers for mistakes made. Fun environment.
Cons
Minimal pay with little room for advancement. No holidays off except Thanksgiving and Christmas. They don't give raises for: years worked, punctuality, productivity during normal hours. You will ONLY get raises when the state raises minimum wages, you work all over-time hours when they ask you to and you must go far above and beyond their expectations to grab a whopping $0.50 raise.
