Pros

A very nice environment to work and learn. Being part of the Energy Efficiency industry is very good, contemporary and relevant. The company is managed by extremely professional team and is driven by a very strong vision. Equal opportunity is given to every one in the organisation. All employees have space to grow and shape up their career.

Pros

- A small and well-connected team - Initiatives will be noticed and even recognized quickly - An inclusive atmosphere where people can learn by collaborating - The focus of the CEO, and the intent to deliver by the peers

Cons

- A small team can be a con too. Teams run on a tight schedule - High dependencies with other teams may take a toll on deliverable deadlines - People driven system, in spite of implementing certain processes (will take a little more time to iron this out)

I wonder about I couldn't get even one reason to work here

Worst company No standard process Not a good environment to work They always pressurize employee Bloods suckers Nothing new to learn People watch you even when you after in rest room. MD himself standing entrance query about employee even for 5 minutes delay.
