management appreciates new ideas, and gives due respect/ recognition to good employees openly time to time. smart working and hard working people can really shine and learn to there best here. Job could be little demanding but at the end one gets work satisfaction for sure. this small software house has its own software products in the Energy utility management domain. Mostly clients are very happy with the services and software product functionalities. Client is happy with team/ team member means management is happy with you!! otherwise also there is plenty of time given to learn and contribute here. management was supportive and flexible depending upon our requirement and case. I had wonderful time working here.

Cons

it depends from person to person, I mostly enjoyed my work at ANB, but some other colleague felt work pressure quite frequently. company is growing and with that SDLC Processes are developing so with time things will improve for sure.
