Pros

Never will you get bored at this organisation. Honestly in my opinion to be more precise it's with the Dev team, BA,QA, President, Architect,DevOps team and the Managers. This is a place where you will learn a lot much beyond your scope . This is a place of continuous learning and implementation and I respect it the most. There are people in this organisation whose ideas are out of the box . Overall it's a mixture of fun, frolic and ideas getting together.

Cons

I don't find any but people seldomly complain only on two wheeler parking and nothing much on the administrative side.
