Pros

I was with ANB for the 4 years. Started as a fresher and moved up the scale. Opportunities are abundant here provided you are good enough to make fruitful use of those. They never tied my hands and were always open for suggestion.

Cons

A bit of stress and pressure, but I guess its there everywhere.
