awesome work culture.. very open door... lots of technical challenges

Cons

moving away from a technology company to a content company.... chances of survival are less.

Pros

Great products and people to work with including opportunities to work on diverse projects and promote your very own ideas.

Cons

Communications from middle management could be better and sometimes there is unclear and/or unrealistic expectations on some projects. More time supporting staff would be helpful.
