Pros

AOL does have many opportunities for advancement but you really have to work too much to get those promotions. Additionally, you don't receive many of the "good" benefits that other tech companies provide.

Cons

Lack of benefits such as free meals and 100% insurance. The one thing that really bothered me however was the fact that the onsite cafeteria was really lacking.
