Pros

Some of the people were great to work with. Mostly impressive technology. Easy commute.

Cons

Toxic work environment, no direction from upper management, a tyrannical owner, lack of concern from owner and portions of upper management for the safety of employees, no sales strategy. I could go on, but I have to go watch some paint dry.
