Great coworkers, amazing providers, all eager to help each other out.

Cons

Some of the worst most incompetent management you will ever see. Managers are completely useless. No communication at all, and no follow up to any issues/problems. Management completely ruins the culture of the workplace.

Work days go by quickly because you're so busy, other employees will commiserate with you

Cons

People there for years get paid way less than people there for a few weeks, way too much work and you often end up covering for 2-3 people's jobs, corporate isn't accessible and doesn't care about lower level problems
