Pros

Flexible schedule, no weekends! great salary, room for advancement within the company! A real sense of team work among fellow staff members. You could not ask for a nicer group of physicians and NP's. We provide a high level of patient care and I am proud to say I am a member of the team.

Cons

I really can't say anything negative! Overall I am very happy with APDerm

Pros

you don't have to work weekends, nights or (most) holidays, most employees work four days per week,

Cons

Poor management, no respect for employees, you will never have a definite schedule as providers may add on patients in the morning or at the end of your day without asking, pay is below average, management has been known to terminate employees for no reason, your vacation requests are seldom approved, Office continues to grow and bring in more revenue but that is not reflected in your salary, there is no legitimate training program, most employees go without a lunch break
