Pros
Always lots of food, coworkers were friendly (sometimes) evening supervisors were AWESOME. Training department was a very nice group of people.
Cons
Once you get certain hours, YOU ARE STUCK THERE. I personally spoke with upper management about switching shifts and you get nothing but BS answers. This is a call center open 24hrs 365 days a year. Good luck working holidays for a underpaid job. If you call out during bad weather you are penalized. Basically you’re expected to work any holiday or bad weather just to book hotel rooms. Ridiculous. And the best part is upper management gets all the perks (off weekends and holidays)
