I have personally observed disrespectful conduct, such as publicly degrading API front-line teams in front of airline partners. API Asia Pacific partnership senior management team chooses to adopt a bullying behaviour that is clearly encouraged and unfortunately excepted by API HQ. It's also worth noting that the senior airline partnership leadership team within Asia Pacific appears not to want to be honest with their airline partners. I personally witnessed senior airline partnership management within the Asia Pacific region repeatedly being dishonest with their airline partners by trying to influence the airline to prefer a hotel that pays higher commission to API and not a hotel that best suits the airline's cabin crew needs. Utilizing manipulative tactics is unfortunately the way API does business and chooses to treat its staff. If you are considering an opportunity at API, I strongly encourage you to not go anywhere near this place, particularly in Asia Pacific. Regardless of how pressing your job search might be, exercise caution as the organization does not prioritise treating people well or being honest with their airlines.
