Pros

Management focus on employees, as well as their trust. Teams you work with are knowledgable and helpful, and everyone works for the client!

Cons

Workload increases as company grows, and hiring is slow. Ability to move up within the company, but this is also slower.

- Very friendly associates who are warm and welcoming to newcomers. - CEO is incredibly knowledgeable, great speaker, and motivational. - Many associates have been at API for decades - great place to work or only place to work in Hartford, WI?

Cons

- Some executives struggle with decision making and plans are often changed (repeatedly). - Empowerment is lacking or missing altogether in some departments. - Stock options are not available to associates.
