Great vision up top, but disconnected the further down you go.

Pros

I really enjoyed some of my co-workers. They liked technology and given the opportunity would jump at the chance to be innovative.

Cons

Middle management and client management. There was always a fire to put out and it seemed that the lesson learned from that fire would soon be forgotten, allowing for the same scenario to repeat itself year after year.
