      Pros

      Company genuinely care about improving their staff and org development. Open and honest about state of company, and recognise high-performing employees. Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; its a fair trade.” Great culture at work and good office culture.

      Pros

      The vending machines in the break room. Flexibility with work hours.

      Cons

      Pay is very low. They are very demanding. Constant turnover. Morale is very low. Engineering is required to do other peoples jobs. Management can never stick to a plan. They change direction constantly making it impossible to be successful and efficient.
