      GM/VP turned the culture into a place where people want to contribute their best effort. He cares about and connects with each employee.

      Improved culture needs to extend to some corporate functions, too much redundancy.

      Pros

      Since I joined a little over a year ago the Buffalo facility has seen continued improvement month over month. We continue to see an increase in orders and work for the shop. New employees are being hired to keep up with the growth. The company has invested in new machines and is continuing to invest in this facility. There is a really good group of people that work here and the culture is continuing to improve.

      The 401k match is slightly lower than average
