Pros

Work-life balance and friendly people. I met some amazing colleagues here. You will learn a lot.

Cons

A few months ago, the company changed for the worse. Favoritism, nepotism, unfair treatment, and lack of real opportunities became very apparent. Wrong people are rewarded, good people have no opportunities and leave. With every management change, new people come and get promoted. I agree with negative statements about leadership. It used to be a great place. This progress was destroyed.

Cons

- Chronic mismanagement with no clear direction or accountability. - Role ambiguity and unclear expectations. - Instances of internal favoritism and promotion based on personal connections. - Post-medical leave retaliation and pressure tactics used to push employees out. - Unstable operations: key staff leaving, inconsistent inventory and declining morale. - Constant overtime with no realistic workload balance. - HR and leadership enable dysfunction instead of addressing it.

Overtime is a plus, many hours.

Cons

Management is a joke. Too much favoritism towards employees. Family members promoting other family members.they don’t pay what they should for your work performance
