benefits, they match 1.5% up to 6% on 401k.

Cons

top heavy, too much control . they don't allow their employees to do their job they know how to do. they don't allow for independent thinking. takes so long to get things approved and done. was told bonus was a certain percentage but no one has ever received their full percntage.

APL is a great company. Benefits were decent. But Director of Operations was the best Boss anyone could ask for. A mentor, a leader, a solid foundation.

Cons

No HR support. No onsite HR presence and conflicting information provided. Turn over in HR resulted in many missed opportunities and low morale.
