      Pros

      Nothing good about this company. Dont ever join this company. This is a market known fact outside. All agents will tell you the same.

      Cons

      A lot of red tape. Management does not know what to do. People there for 10 years like the head compliance but knows nothing. There are many people who hold high positions who knows nothing. This is a dumping ground of what is left from the NOL staff. There are a few good ones but soon to be gone. No work life balance.
