      Good job environment Will learn shipment operation Well decorated office

      Cons

      High pressure Serious level of "cost cutting" plan Unskilled people promoted Corruption Strong academic background doesn't require Don't expect to get promotion or pay raise if you take more task, and they will keep throw you with more task if you not complain Underestimate lower level of employees No professional training or overseas training

      Pros

      - Good for fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience to learn, as long as you don't mind with the low salary - If you are lucky report to good manager, your life will be not too bad

      Cons

      - Culture within company is the worst ever in my career, people keep fighting to take credit and backstep to take credit - Whatever you do for the company, they will think it is part of your job scope - Don't expect to get promotion or pay raise if you take more job, and they will keep throw you with more job if you not complain - People asking to do things not in his/her skill set - Some manager thought should you should be lucky get job and pay from the company when market is bad, they always said market is bad

      Pros

      Absolutely no pros what so ever.

      Cons

      Everything, they treat their employees like crap, benefits suck, management is awful, they lie to your face about everything and if you're not 1 of their favorites you will be ignored. Very poor moral, everyone hates their job but feels stuck cause of their age or the job market. I would never recommend my worst enemy to this hell hole.
