Nothing to write as hard working ppl have no recognition except you are Super lucky but good compensation if your working over there

Cons

1.Racism at its top 2. Dirty politics 3. Non IT people are IT Bose starting from senior manager to department head 4. Very good rating for boss pets without any justification 5. Very poor management of projects 6. New owner KWE looks good but less grip in place even after 2 year for IT. 7. 100% vendor dependable

Bureaucracy and internal politics,Biased performance management especially towards well connected/established. Paradoxical approach to new resources, Lack of respect for individual (in developing regions), no concrete policies and culture for growth, career aspirations, salary increments/bonuses. No vision /focus , frequently changing goals (perhaps has to do with recent KWE acquisition). Inconsistency of policies across regions e.g. office timings and work from home
