With a fast pass environment come tension between co workers. There is a clear division between coordinators vs management. APL is not the best when it comes to raises.

But at a cost.. you’ll work way more hours than your salary is worth, have unimaginable stress and next to zero help dealing with any issues related to your account and yet you will be expected to be the front man. You’ll take the fall when something goes wrong and management will get the credit when it’s finally corrected (likely months later). Also be prepared for late night calls and to use your “time off” to just catch up and keep your head above water.
