Pros
The only reason to even apply for this place is the benefit but don’t think you’ll be getting much of a raise if any at all
Cons
Management and lack of professionalism. I have seen and experienced people getting reprimanded on the floor. Managers like nimpha would call the whole team over and embarrass you in front of the team. Nimpha would also say out loud any mistakes that you do. The company plans to promote ramon but he lacks leadership skills and tells others to come to work when they are sick and makes up his own schedule. This place has a lot of potential to be a half decent place to work at if it wasn’t for all the unprofessional managers there
