- Great benefits - Seasoned employees are knowledgeable, loyal and hardworking

Cons

- Few opportunities for advancement - No raises - Management is male dominated with women often overlooked for advancement - Long hours - Review process which is tied to bonuses are a moving target as the formula changes yearly

Pros

Opportunity to learn different positions. Training classes one monthly. Choice to take hazardous material clean up (HAZWOPER) course, company paid and bonus.

Cons

Management does not stand by rules and policies they repeatedly remind you of. Very cold during winter, very hot during summer and very dusty. Often does not hire for full-time employment with a felony on your background. People lack the need to fulfill job requirements on a regular basis.

Male dominated. Bad pay. Male upper management won't advance women in the office even when they are better educated and have more work experience.
