Pros

Office staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons

Care less about quality and more about pushing numbers. Then it is your fault if you are not properly trained. Training process is rather hard. Point system is strict. Printers , equipment is in bad repair or broken all the time. Lead Shift Managers Don't know what they are doing. Large work loads for improperly trained employees , and not enough pay. . Can go on and on. Direct Hire Process is Several Months ! Best go through a Temp.

Good and bad experience

Pros

Learned a lot mainly due to my own initiative and a few good people who are either in different roles or have left the company. Met some great people who I’ve stayed in contact with. Experience has helped further establish ongoing career.

Cons

Pay does not justify expected workload. PMTs (annual reviews) and career goal reviews (if offered) are a joke, they are not taken seriously in bettering employees the company best asset. Culture has worsened from time joined company which is truly sad, it used to be s positive work environment with less gossip & negativity. management doesn’t handle workforce well either 1 keep bad employees (takes major major problems to ever get fired - job security! Lol) or 2 do not promote employees that are deserving & overwork them to the point they leave - too much work and no recognition of job well done. Management is either inexperienced/lazy or few good ones are overworked for doing work of the bad managers.
