New managers who need to be trained how to be a manager,, who have no time to hear and support but their pride says any issues come to me and we work as a team which was only by words and action is totally different , inappropriate communication and misleading guidance in the account worked with ( not other accounts, they are pretty co-operative team) , no support or understanding neither willing to fix it and blaming it on determined employee who works early morning and also late eve if required out of own interest still makes them quit because managers have conflict within themselves who was pulling employee in each other directions (which is not possible) because they have own ego who is bigger person.

Unorganized and lack of strategic direction. Tons of turnover. Senior management is out of touch and full of rhetoric. Graeme Watson is a horrible old school manager. Seems to get a kick out of firing people. Bill Villalon thinks he’s better than everyone. Closed door manager.
