      It's a job where you get money, free coffee and tea, and can meet quite cool people.

      Cons

      You get a salary that's only enough to survive and people are treated poorly: you have to do as much as you can (there is a daily target that you have to fulfill, but you don't get noticeable salary raise if you do even three times more than others).
