      Pros

      Union Job 37.5 hrs a week seniority based. The schedules are set with weekends off. Things have gotten better but managers need to be changed

      Cons

      Management has no idea how to manage. Alot of very poor management staff been hired who are literally poorly skilled. Ive been working in the customer service field for a long time and this place is really bad

      Pros

      Great place to work. Had many opportunities and grew within the company. Had some great mentors.

      Cons

      HQ in Singapore- cultural clash between US and Singapore. Work life balance was at time challenging since Singapore is between 9 and 12 hours ahead depending if you are on the east or west coast.

      Pros

      The office is new and decent with relaxing dining area for lunch.

      Cons

      For CAD dept, worse management ever, worse lead, micro-manage with no integrity. Company is not making profit and yet there's no plans and direction in reversing the situation. IT dept has a whole lot of staffs for just a headcount of 800 employees in sg?
