      Hybrid WFH Flexible Schedule Union leads to good compensation and job security Good work environment

      Cons

      Like any place some people are hit or miss. Everyone below management in the union is paid the same amount. Training material are not readily available. Hard to move up in seniority. Most people have been working her for a considerable amount of time. Which isnt excatly a bad thing but can be annoying to holidays and shift picking.
