      Pros

      Best reason to work here is for the growth and development of a logistics expert, and future management oppoprtunities. Formal training, great benefits. Fast moving company

      Cons

      Challenges include the work life balance. The need for overtime is high, and there are not thta many employees to cover the work load, and the room for growth is quite small.

      Great training ground but very complex business

      Pros

      A very professional place to work in where people treat you with respect. there is opportunity to learn and a good chance to work oversea for exposure.

      Cons

      There is alot of company restructuring going on, on top of the 5 years consecutive loss. Top management people are resigning, leaving a void in good management.

      I have learned quite a bit from my boss who is very willing to share his knowledge in order to help me further myself while here.

      The office is moving from Denver to Nashville.
