No process no prospects badly run and rotten from the inside. Requires a good audit and clean up and streamlined.

People are ok. Paycheck is OK. Benefits is OK. But not worth the trouble and lack of development.

Lots of red tape. Sales job becomes an administrative job. Very hard to sell
