      Great training ground but very complex business

      Pros

      A very professional place to work in where people treat you with respect. there is opportunity to learn and a good chance to work oversea for exposure.

      Cons

      There is alot of company restructuring going on, on top of the 5 years consecutive loss. Top management people are resigning, leaving a void in good management.

      The people there are good. I am lucky to encounter good bosses.

      Cons

      Staff benefit so so. Office kind of old but they will be moving to new place soon.
