there are good opportunities to work across different countries and cultures; dynamic business environment; fast-moving industry environment; APL have a good and transparent appraisal system and support high potential employees in advancing further

Cons

the company tends to move more slowly than others in the industry; while this can at times be frustrating and opportunities are missed, the long-term performance is very solid and the financial foundation is very strong; there are rather few changes in management and thus a somewhat limited availability of new opportunities
