      Pros

      Shipping is a complicated enterprise iof you do it right, most of the time, APL did. A caring management. Task oriented instead of deadline.

      Middle management needs better leadership. They tend to be bureaucratic

      Pay increment & bonus is small , its better to move on after 2-3 years on the job.
