Pay and benefits for union employees. Almost impossible to be fired no.matter what you do

Cons

Toxic environment Upper mgmt does not care Promotions usually give. To favorites Hr has too.much control on decisions Mid mgmt has too much workload and held to different standards and ger no recognition and mgmt has no job security
