      Pros

      Great company to work for. Most of the people are driven, intelligent, and hard-working. Tried hard not to lay people off during difficult times.

      Cons

      The industry is tough and the global economy remains gloomy. During tough times perks are cut and layoffs occur.

      Pros

      Great exposure to the trade business.

      Cons

      Upper management did not see reality of how outdated the system and process plan was. They allow their senior employees to provide all of their information that really needs to be changed. The communication is very limited.

      Management is great. Can find balance of life and work. Good pay and benefits. Great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Mergers and downsizing not just us but the whole shipping industry. Hopefully things will get better.
