      Pros

      Good benefits the usual stuff plus matching 401k and off site training budget

      Cons

      Lots of good staff were let go or forced out. Decisions are made in Singapore. IT field has very little say.

      Great teamwork among employees; a sense of working with family. Great sense of pride among both frontline and management employees.

      Cons

      Increased focus on cost savings, off shoring, near shoring. Loss of historical knowledge base as a result of long-tenured employees leaving the company.
