Great people, great benefits & pay, and longevity. The union really looks out for the non corporate employees! The union is the reason for such great benefits & pay!

Cons

You are walking on eggshells for the first 90 days! Do not get sick or Miss work for any reason what so ever. They will not tolerate any absence in the first 90 days. Even under doctors care.

Great place to work. Had many opportunities and grew within the company. Had some great mentors.

Cons

HQ in Singapore- cultural clash between US and Singapore. Work life balance was at time challenging since Singapore is between 9 and 12 hours ahead depending if you are on the east or west coast.

Great work environment. Excellent starting salary. Very appreciative of the comprehensive training APL provided me in this industry.

Cons

Only negative is that everyone is paid the same. Pay is not based on performance.
