      Pros

      Enjoyable work environment and good work life balance. Weeks are only 37.5 hours. Entry level pay was higher than most other companies for the Phoenix area.

      Cons

      Shipping is seasonal and the work load can change drastically. Some months can be pretty slow and other incredibly busy.

      Moving functions overseas or to states where they can pay employees less. Little autonomy. Robotics of a call center.
